i ran a marathon today. unprepared i guess. all i've done for the week was badminton or futsal. just that. ran for a few kilometers and after a while, i felt like my legs couldn't take it. so i just walk. a fast paced walk. and from there on, i think that my body is just weak. i walked for a few minutes and continued running to get the pace back but after a few minutes, i walked again. my legs just feel tight and running for a long time was impossible. only a few hundred meters to the finish line i started to run again.
it was quite fun actually, and the feeling of watching the person you overtook, overtakes you back was weird. haha. all 10 kilometers. a quite pleasant memory.
